YOCO HOLISTICS' THERAPIST & YOGA TEACHER
Kelly founded YoCo Holistics (formally known as Trinity Clinic) in 2011. She is a certified Holistic Therapist who has trained in number of therapies ( a variety of massage styles, nutrition, naturopathy, vegan nutrition and colonic hydrotherapy). She is also a fully qualified Yoga and Dance Teacher.
Kelly graduated in London in 2006 with a BA in Philosophy and Dance. During this time she developed a new passion for Yoga, which she began teaching at University to fellow students while studying for her Masters. She received an MFA in Dance Choreography in 2008. That same year she moved to NYC to do a Professional Studies Programme in Limón Technique (an American Modern Dance style).
While in New York, Kelly wanted to maximise her potential as a dancer by improving her own health and fitness levels, so she delved into her Yoga training, and also studied health and detoxification methods under the tuition of Natalia Rose (renowned American author and health consultant). Through Natalia, she first discovered the wonderful benefits that colonic hydrotherapy has to offer. When Kelly moved back to England in 2009, she worked part time as a dance specialist secondary school teacher, while training to become a qualified therapist in a number of accredited therapies, with the aim of becoming a fully qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist (she received her CH diploma from IPCH in 2012).
After opening the clinic, Kelly continued working as a part time dance teacher, gaining her Qualified Teacher Status in 2014. In 2016 she also participated in teacher trainings in Yoga (accredited by BWY) and Pregnancy Yoga (accredited by IYN).
In 2017 Kelly had her first child and decided to leave the school to focus more of her attention on the clinic and on her growing family.
Kelly believes in a holistic approach to health. Through the treatments, consultations and classes she offers, she hopes to create a safe and stress-free environment, where you can cleanse your body, free your mind and nourish your soul.
“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”
