YoCo Holistics (formally known as Trinity Clinic) was founded in 2011 by Kelly Griffiths in partnership with Castlewood Hotels.

YoCo stands for Kelly's two main passions and specialisms, Yoga and Colonic Hydrotherapy.

YoCo Holistics is devoted to providing a personalised and effective holistic service, supporting you on your unique journey towards a healthier body, a calmer mind and a more nurtured inner being.

Kelly Griffiths

YOCO HOLISTICS' COLONIC HYDROTHERAPIST & YOGA TEACHER

Kelly founded YoCo Holistics (formally known as Trinity Clinic) in 2011.

Since qualifying as a Colonic Hydrotherapist through the Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy in March 2012, Kelly has been dedicated to supporting clients through holistic health and wellbeing practices. Alongside running YoCo Holistics, Kelly is on the commitee of the Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH), where she serves as Membership Secretary, helping to support and uphold professional standards within the industry.

With a passion for movement, mindfulness, and wellness, Kelly has also been teaching yoga since 2008. Accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) she combines experience and compassionate teaching to create inclusive and supportive classes. In addition, Kelly holds a Pregnancy Yoga accreditation through the Independent Yoga Network (IYN), and is able to offer specialised guidance for expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy journey.

Kelly believes in a holistic approach to health. Through the treatments, consultations and classes she offers, she hopes to create a safe and stress-free environment, where you can cleanse your body, free your mind and nourish your soul.
